I haven't received a reply to my application yet.
What can I do?



Please give the team up to 72 hours to review your application. In some cases, your result might already be between your mails - check the spam folder in case the 72 hours have passed.
In the unlikely event you can't find the reply, please send us an email to info@avos-vodka.com and ask us to resend it.

Please be aware that due to the number of applications we receive everyday, submissions without text or fake applications cannot be answered.




I haven't received my delivery yet. What can I do?



As far as applicable, for every delivery we provide a track&trace number via your prefered way of communication (WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, SMS or Instagram). In case you have not received that number, please send as an email to info@avos-vodka.com.

With this code you can track your delivery whilst it is in progress.
Please note that from the point of dispatching the parcel, we do not have influence on events that concern our logistics partner such as weather, strikes or traffic jams.
We understand however that waiting for a parcel is annoying and will do our best to help you with locating it and eventually getting it to your housedoor as fast as possible.




I have received a damaged package.



In case the postal service tries to delivery an obviously broken or damaged package, please decline and do not accept the parcel so it gets send back to us.
In that case, please inform us via info@avos-vodka.com.
We will then deal with all further communication with the contracting logistics partner and aim to get you a replacement delivery dispatched as soon as possible.





Please remember: At the time the parcel leaves our warehouse it is in 100% perfect condition. We do not have any influence (apart from booking standard or express delivery in advance) on the shipping times, conditions at arrival, loss or potential damage.
We do know how it feels to receive something too late, broken, or damaged and will do our best to find a good solution for you and avoid hassles with the carrier services from your side.






I have received a damaged or broken bottle.



As all of our bottles are handpainted and packaged, to some extent it might be possible that a tiny scratch or scuff occurs on the coating of the bottle.
If you wish to get a refund for this bottle, please take a picture of the respective faulty mark, send it to us via info@avos-vodka.com.
We will then send you a voucher to send back the bottle for free and refund payment in case one has already taken place.


During more than 1000 deliveries not a single one has been reported as broken as we take careful steps to avoid that situation and danger by any cost! In case however it will occur at some point, please take a picture of the broken bottle, send it to us via info@avos-vodka.com and throw away the box and content without hurting yourself.
Together with you we will work on a solution to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
